Calendar - Pink Slip Notification

Pink slips are sent out today.    Service may be discontinued for non-payment of bills not paid by the monthly due date as specified in Section 1201 of the District's Rules and Regulations.  Pink slip notices will stipulate the total amount due, including the delinquent balance and 10% penalty, and specify a date and time in which payment must be received in order to avoid service discontinuance. 

Payments made on the website after 4:00 p.m. will count as the next business day. 
Payments for shut-off notices must be made no later than 12 (noon) THE DAY PRIOR to the service discontinuance date.
