I.                   Call to Order and Roll Call

II.                Report by the General Manager/Secretary regarding Compliance with the Requirements for Posting of the Agenda

III.             Public Comment - Any member of the public may address the Board relating to any matter within the Board’s jurisdiction.  This need not be related to any item on the agenda.  The total time for all public participation shall not exceed fifteen minutes and the time allotted for each individual shall not exceed five minutes.

IV.             Manager’s Report – Status, Discussion and Possible Board Action on the Following Subjects:

A.    2760 Lucca Street – APN 135-153-012 Water Main Repair

B.      The Board will consider introducing special legislation regarding the reorganization of the District
