New Water Service Account Request

Customers wishing to open an account for water service must complete a  Service and Billing Agreement Form and submit a $40.00 application fee prior to activating an account. 

The Service and Billing Agreement form will ask for the customer’s name, service address, mailing address, date service is to begin, telephone number and employer information.  The Water District requires an original signature on all Service and Billing Agreement forms (faxed or digital versions of the forms are not accepted).

The Water District customer service office is open Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Please allow 24 hours notice to have new service established.  Service cannot be established on the weekends and/or holidays.
