New Service Connections & Meters

If you have questions about installing a new water service connection and meter, please contact the District Office at (805) 688-6015.  A member of the District's staff can assist you in answering questions and obtaining information regarding service connection and installation of water meters for domestic, rural residential/limited agriculture or agricultural uses and fire service meters.  Water service connection size is determined according to Water District Rules and Regulations.    Special requirements must be met for all water service applications; therefore, all applicants must speak to a District staff member to determine specific requirements.
