Paying Your Water Bill

Water bills are due upon presentation. Bills are considered delinquent and subject to penalties and/or discontinuance if not paid on or before the twentieth of the month following the billing date.  Should water service be discontinued, a $40 reconnection charge, penalties and any outstanding account balance shall be reconciled prior to renewing service.

Payments for shut-off notices must be made no later than 12 (noon) THE DAY PRIOR to the service discontinuance date.

Payments made on the website after 4:00 p.m. will count as the next business day.

In the event service is discontinued, all charges, including the reconnection fee, must be paid in full by cash, money order, cashier's check or credit card in order to have service restored.

Payment Options

Electronic
Water District customers are offered the convenience of paying their water bills through the Water District’s on-line bill payment service.  Payment types accepted include:  Visa, Mastercard, automatic payment via ACH (see Direct Pay), and electronic checks.  To enroll, click on menu item "View/Pay my Bill".  A “convenience fee,” payable by the customer, will be added to each credit card and e-check payment  processed.  This fee is used to directly cover the cost charged to the District by the payment processing vendor for each customer transaction.

Direct Pay
Water District customers have the option of having their water bill payments automatically deducted from their checking account by completing the attached Direct Pay Authorization Form.  This form is not submitted online - Completed forms, accompanied by a "VOIDED" check from the checking account that will be debited, must be hand-delivered or mailed to the address listed below.
