Application for Tenant Billing This form is completed by a property owner wishing to have the water bill sent directly to their tenant(s). Note: Accounts may be billed to tenants as a convenience to the owner; however, all charges for water remain the ultimate responsibility of the property owner.
Agricultural Request Water Service Activation/Seasonal DiscontinuanceThis form must be completed and submitted to the District at least (2) business days prior to the service activation/seasonal discontinuance date. A $75.00 activation fee is required each time agricultural water is turned on and must be paid prior to activating water service.
Request for Temporary Service ConnectionTemporary service connections require completion of the Request for Temporary Service Connection form, along with a Service and Billing Agreement form (which is located at the top of this page) and a $150.00 fee to establish temporary service.
Direct Debit Authorization FormWater District customers have the option of having their water bill payments automatically deducted from their designated checking account by completing the Direct Debit Authorization form. Credit Card Payment Authorization Form Completion of this form authorizes the District to conduct a one-time charge to a credit card for the amount indicated on the completed form. This is form gives permission for a single transaction only and does not provide authorization for any additional unrelated debits or credits to a water service account.
Service Discontinuance RequestPursuant to District Rules and Regulations, Article 1301, any customer who desires to have water service discontinued shall notify the District at least two (2) business days prior to the effective date. Any outstanding balance on the account must be paid prior to service discontinuance.
